The Little Artist Inside

Most of us have a little artist inside us, that would like to poke their out from time to time.  All that is needed is for us to give them a little nudge and a little 'nuture' to get them started, and in time that little artist will become brave.

This week think of ways you can awaken or motivate that little artist inside of you.

Start by buying a small sketch book to keep in your bag or car. Next get a marker, pen or pencil that feels good sitting in your hand. If it is a pen or marker make sure it is in a fun color so that you will enjoy writing with it.

Whenever you have a few minutes grab the sketchbook and marker instead of your cell and start to doodle. This is where it all begins.
